I believe psychotherapy is among the most powerful paths to transformation. I have a deep respect for those who are committed to their own growth process.
I've had the privilege of working with people from all over our region since 1998:
--As a group facilitator and individual therapist, I have helped hundreds of survivors of sexual assault and other violence turn their trauma into healing.
--As a primary therapist at an eating disorder treatment center and in my private practice, I've helped scores of individuals make peace with their bodies and relax with food.
--As a therapist for young substance abusers, and as an anger management teacher for adolescents in trouble, I've offered respect and guidance to hundreds of teens and young adults struggling to find their path.
